About these terms

These terms apply to all services from NOT Editing, provided by:

The service

We provide video editing, short-form edits, thumbnails and project management for content creators. The scope, price and delivery of each job are agreed before work starts. There are no long-term contracts.

Your responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older, or act with a guardian's consent.
• You confirm you own or have the rights to all footage, music and material you send us.
• You give clear briefs and feedback within a reasonable time.
• You do not ask us to produce illegal, hateful or infringing content.

Ownership

Once paid, you own 100% of the finished work. We may show work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Prices and payment

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Payment is made via Stripe. Late payment may pause further work.

Revisions and delivery

We aim for one revision round per edit. Delivery times are estimates, and we will tell you as early as possible about any delay.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, views or sponsorships. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.

Suspension and termination

Either party can stop working together at any time. We may suspend service if these terms are broken or invoices are unpaid. Work already delivered and paid for remains yours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Hordaland District Court (Bergen tingrett) unless otherwise required by law.
