Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing

Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. You are billed per job or per agreed monthly package through Stripe. There are no hidden fees; rush fees and extras are always agreed before work starts.

Cancelling

There are no binding contracts. You can cancel a monthly package at any time by emailing tonje@notgroup.no. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.

Refunds

• If you cancel a job before an editor has started, you get a full refund.
• Once work has started, you pay for the work done so far.
• Delivered edits are not refunded, but if something is not what we agreed, we will fix it.

Right of withdrawal

Our services are offered to creators as businesses. If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). By asking us to start work within that period, you accept that you pay for work already done and lose the right of withdrawal once the job is fully delivered.
