Most creators wait to reach out because they don't know what starting with us actually looks like. Here's exactly how it works.
Everything runs out of a shared Discord server. Raw footage goes into Google Drive, one folder per project. When you want something edited, you fill out an Asana form telling us what it is and how you want it. Our project manager assigns it, the editor delivers, you get a ping.
Access to your raw footage (via Drive), a filled-out Asana ticket per edit with rough direction, and your feedback when the cut lands. That's it. No calls required to keep things moving.
Minimal. We set up your Discord channels, Drive access, and Asana form together, and walk you through the ticket flow once. Most creators are submitting real edits within the same week they sign up.
No. No contracts, no monthly minimums. You use us as much or as little as you need.
Yes. One video, a trailer, a batch of shorts, a channel refresh. All fine.
48 hours is the standard. We can deliver same-day when you need it, with a rush fee.
The first few edits usually take a bit more back and forth while we learn your style. After that we try to keep it to one round of revisions whenever we can. The revision process happens in Discord, so feedback and tweaks stay quick and direct.
That's exactly why we exist. We have 6 editors and a project manager. If your main editor is out, someone else picks it up, briefed by the PM. Your upload schedule doesn't feel it.
We invoice at the end of the month for the work delivered that month, via Stripe. You pay the invoice, done. For large first-time projects we invoice upfront so both sides are protected.
Standard rates are per deliverable (see the pricing section on the home page). Custom bundles are available for creators scaling up volume. Ask in the interest form and we'll scope it.
A small team based in Norway. Currently 6 editors, 1 thumbnail editor, and 1 project manager. NOT Editing is a service from NOT group.
Too many creators we manage kept losing their editors at the worst times, mid-sponsorship, mid-series. So we built the version of an editorial team that has actual backup, so that stops happening.
Fill out the interest form, even if you just want to talk about options. We'll get back to you and figure out if we're a fit.
